1. Independent Status & Government Non-Affiliation

Drively is an independent educational revision platform operated for the purpose of helping learner drivers study the rules, signs, and principles outlined in the Zimbabwe Highway Code.

Drively is not an official government agency, does not represent the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructural Development or the Vehicle Inspection Department (VID), and has no authority to issue provisional licenses, certificates of competency, or driver's licenses. All official driver testing and licence issuance is governed strictly under the Road Traffic Act [Chapter 13:11] and must be undertaken at authorized Vehicle Inspection Department depots.

2. Acceptance of Terms & Consumer Protection

By creating an account, browsing this website, or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms of Service under the Consumer Protection Act [Chapter 14:44] of Zimbabwe.

3. Educational Use

All revision questions, road sign illustrations, timed test simulations, and downloadable materials provided on this platform are designed for educational practice and exam preparation based on the Zimbabwe Highway Code.

Drively provides independent revision tools. Individual results depend on preparation and test conditions. The separate Pass-Ready Promise provides one access extension when its published eligibility rules are met.

4. Payments, EcoCash / OneMoney & Digital Fulfillment

All digital transactions are processed securely via registered Zimbabwean payment gateways (Paynow Zimbabwe, EcoCash, OneMoney).

  • Prices are displayed clearly in USD with equivalent local payment processing.
  • Digital downloads and platform VIP access are granted immediately upon successful mobile money authorization.
  • Digital products purchased on the platform are licensed for personal, non-commercial educational use by the purchasing account holder.

5. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Distribution

All custom software code, mock exam question databases, vector road sign illustrations, interface layouts, and proprietary compilation works are protected under the Copyright and Neighboring Rights Act [Chapter 26:05] of Zimbabwe.

You may not redistribute, resell, broadcast, or republish downloadable PDF files, mock test questions, or platform media without prior written authorization from Drively.

6. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and mobile contact information. Drively reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent transactions or abuse of platform services.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe, including the Consumer Protection Act [Chapter 14:44].
